In the afternoon hours of a spring day in Nashville, Tennessee, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a residential neighborhood. On Saturday, April 4, 2009, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Ray Anthony Clemmons, a 40-year-old male, was in the driveway of a home located at 8934 Old Charlotte Pike.
