An unfortunate incident in Rochester, New York, led to the death of 15-year-old Jamarion Porter. On a January afternoon, Jamarion was at a home on Murray Street with a 13-year-old friend. The two teenagers were reportedly playing with a rifle when the firearm discharged. A single shot struck Jamarion in his upper body.
