Jeffery Montiez Short, a 20-year-old from Nashville, Tennessee, was fatally shot on January 29, 2012. The incident occurred when Jeffery went to visit someone at the Buena Vista Manor Apartment Complex on Buena Vista Pike. Around 11 p.m., he was approached by an unknown assailant who shot him, resulting in his death. Despite efforts by the Nashville Police Department to investigate and solve the case, it has remained unsolved, and no arrests have been made.
