On a November evening in 2001 in Memphis, Tennessee, a man named Antonio Sanders, a Black male, set in motion a series of events that would end in the tragic death of Teadoro Mata. On November 9th, Sanders, wearing a mask to conceal his identity, forced his way into a residence on Jasmine Cove. Armed with a gun, he proceeded to rob the occupants of the home.
