Death by Force

In June 2017, 2-year-old Laylah Washington was shot in the head during a road rage incident in Memphis, Tennessee. While riding in her mother's car, an altercation erupted with another vehicle, and Laylah was tragically caught in the crossfire. She was critically injured and died two days later.
