In the winter of 2007, a great-grandmother's life was tragically cut short in a brutal act of violence that remains a haunting unsolved crime in Philadelphia. Julia Kay, an 82-year-old female, was savagely beaten in her South Philadelphia home on the 2100 block of Iseminger Street and would later succumb to her injuries.
