Antonio Troutman, a 19-year-old resident of Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on September 4, 2009, in Pittsburgh. The incident took place near the Allegheny Dwellings complex in the Fineview neighborhood. Troutman was walking on the sidewalk of the 1600 block of Sandusky Court when he was shot.
