Mark Williams, a 34-year-old Black male from the North Side, was killed in Pittsburgh on June 23, 2015, after gunfire broke the quiet of the Perry South neighborhood in the early morning hours. The shooting happened around 1:20 a.m. in the 2100 block of Koerner Avenue, where Williams was outside a relative’s home when he was struck multiple times.
