A 20 year old is killed during a drive-by shooting on Highway 99.
On June 1, 2001, 20-year-old Andrew Witherow was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting while traveling on Highway 99 in Sacramento County, California. Witherow was a passenger in a car driven by his friend Loc Huynh when a vehicle pulled up alongside them and fired multiple shots.
