Death by Force

On January 31, 2011, Thomas Chadwick, a 19-year-old from Philadelphia, was fatally shot in the Hunting Park area of the city. He was found on the 4400 block of North Franklin Street at around 10:30 p.m., suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to both the head and hand. Police pronounced Chadwick dead at the scene.
