Stephon Smith, a 14-year-old from the Larimer neighborhood of Pittsburgh, was tragically shot and killed on August 17, 2011. The shooting occurred behind an apartment building on Meadow Street. Stephon was found with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. At the same time, a 19-year-old victim was also shot and taken to the hospital in critical condition.
