On June 28, 2012, Deondre Kenny, a 15-year-old male from the North Side of Pittsburgh, was tragically shot and killed. He was found alongside 21-year-old Matthew Todd Burton in a vehicle in the 1900 block of Buena Vista Street in the Perry South neighborhood. Both victims had suffered multiple gunshot wounds, including fatal shots to the head. The bodies were discovered around 6 a.m. by a passerby who alerted the authorities.
