Rhonda Baxter, 45, a Black female, was killed in Philadelphia on December 2, 2012, after an early-morning shooting that turned into both a homicide investigation and a crash scene. Around 3 a.m., police said the victim was inside a black 2000 GMC Yukon on the 300 block of North 27th Street when she was shot multiple times. Even after being wounded, she apparently tried to drive herself away, but the vehicle crashed into the corner of Whittier Elementary School. She was taken to Temple University ...
