Nasir Slaughter, a 17-year-old from Philadelphia, was tragically shot and killed on August 19, 2013, in the South Philadelphia area. The shooting occurred during a neighborhood dispute involving multiple individuals. At approximately 4 a.m., Nasir and two other teens were shot near the 1800 block of South Ringgold Street.
