Fabian Nixon, a 40-year-old Pittsburgh resident, was fatally shot in the early hours of September 21, 2013, while sitting in his car. The incident occurred in the Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood, specifically near Mr. Jack's Neighborhood bar on McClure Avenue. Fabian had left the bar just before the shooting took place at around 1:55 a.m. He was found in the driver's seat of his vehicle and was pronounced dead shortly after at 2:09 a.m.
