Victor Robinson, a 29-year-old man from Arlington, Pittsburgh, was tragically shot and killed on July 16, 2014. The incident occurred at a home on Amanda Street in the Arlington neighborhood of Pittsburgh. According to reports, Robinson may have been in the process of moving out of the residence when he was shot.
