Carlton Freeman-Watson, age 24, was tragically shot and killed on June 3, 2016, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Carlton was found along with another victim, Richard West-Gray, in their vehicle on Route 65. Both men had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene.
