Yusef Henderson

On a cool Sunday evening in Philadelphia, March 2, 2014, the life of 29-year-old Yusef Henderson was tragically cut short. Henderson, a Black male, was on the 900 block of East Shiller Street when violence erupted.

At approximately 8:28 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers were called to the scene, where they discovered Henderson lying in the street, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital in an effort to save his life.
