Ronnell Smith, aged 25, was shot and killed in the early morning hours of October 24, 2014, in Pittsburgh's West End neighborhood. The incident took place as Smith was sitting in the driver's seat of his SUV in a parking lot near the Lee Tuck Lounge on Steuben Street. According to the investigation, Smith was shot multiple times through the driver’s side window.
