Charles Keitt, age 22, was shot and killed on February 26, 2015, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The shooting took place in the early morning hours on the 2700 block of Latona Street. Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the scene at approximately 2:14 a.m. and found Charles suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his leg, hip, neck, and back. He was transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead later that morning.
