Kason Barnes, a 19-year-old resident of Chartiers City in Pittsburgh, was tragically killed on August 15, 2015. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. when Kason and a group of men were playing dice outside a home in the 400 block of West Prospect Avenue in the Fairywood neighborhood. According to reports, two vehicles—a gold minivan and a silver car—approached the group, and at least two individuals got out and opened fire.
