Rasheed Wingfield, a 39-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on September 7, 2015, in Philadelphia. At approximately 8:36 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to a call on the 7100 block of Uber Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Rasheed suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, including injuries to his arm and chest. Medical personnel who arrived on the scene pronounced him dead shortly thereafter.
