Death by Force

Amir Pinkney, a 19-year-old from Philadelphia, was tragically killed on October 18, 2015. Around 2:48 p.m. that day, Philadelphia police officers responded to a call on the 5100 block of Locust Street. They found Amir lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in a patrol vehicle, but despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead later that afternoon.
