Murdered

On February 13, 2016, Khalil Rider, a 24-year-old Black male, was murdered in Philadelphia. The incident occurred late at night at a bar located on the unit block of North Paxson Street. At approximately 9:53 p.m., Philadelphia police officers responded to the location, where they found Khalil in the rear of the establishment suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the arm and torso. Despite the arrival of medical personnel, Khalil did not survive the attack.
