Death by Force

On February 13, 2016, Khalil Rider, a 24-year-old Black male, was murdered in Philadelphia. The incident occurred late at night at a bar located on the unit block of North Paxson Street. At approximately 9:53 p.m., Philadelphia police officers responded to the location, where they found Khalil in the rear of the establishment suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the arm and torso.
