Zakee Watkins, a 17-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was shot on March 23, 2016. At approximately 5:08 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call at a park located on the 6300 block of Arch Street. Upon arrival, they found Zakee lying partially in a creek just inside the park. He had sustained a gunshot wound to the chest.
