Vance Turner, a 26-year-old Philadelphia resident, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of May 28, 2016. At approximately 2:22 a.m., Philadelphia Police responded to reports of gunfire on the 2000 block of South 66th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Vance Turner suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries later that morning.
