Clarence Scott, aged 48, was fatally shot on October 17, 2016, in Philadelphia. The incident took place on the 2900 block of A Street. After being shot in the back, Clarence managed to run to the 200 block of East Tusculum Street, where he was found by police officers at approximately 7:00 a.m. He was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries that morning.
