On September 8, 1973, the bodies of 21-year-old Gwendolyn Fulce and her friend, 24-year-old Delores Thompson, were found in a home in Portland, Oregon. Roy Lee Jernigan, Thompson’s partner, discovered the grisly scene when he arrived at 527 N. Ivy Street to pick up his 2-year-old son.
