On a summer day in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of William Joe Kennedy, a 71-year-old man, was brought to a tragic and violent end. On July 18, 1981, authorities were called to his residence at 415 S. Quebec, where they discovered his house engulfed in flames. It was inside the charred remains of his home that Kennedy's body was found.
