Do you know who murdered Richard?
Richard Ervin Liggins Jr., aged 16, was fatally shot on January 29, 2006, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He and his friends were walking through the neighborhood and taking a shortcut in the 1500 block of East 51st Street North when the incident occurred. Liggins was shot once in the backyard of a residence at 1557 East 51st Street North. After being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries the next day, on January 30, 2006.
