On January 26, 2010, Deandre Burrell, a 20-year-old resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was found fatally shot in the living room of his home on South 78th East Avenue. Burrell had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. His body was discovered by his grandfather, who had returned home from a funeral that afternoon.
