Chad Falling, a 29-year-old Oklahoma City resident, was fatally stabbed on September 25, 2012. The incident occurred near NW 9th Street and Santa Fe Avenue, where he was found with a stab wound to the chest. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Falling succumbed to his injuries. His wife was reportedly present during the attack and witnessed the tragic event.
