In the late hours of a September night in 2014, emergency services in Tulsa, Oklahoma, were dispatched to a house fire on West Easton Street. Firefighters worked to control the blaze, and upon entering the charred residence, they made a grim discovery. Inside the home, which was known in the neighborhood as a place for illicit drug activity, they found the body of a woman.
