In the early hours of a Friday morning in northeast Oklahoma City, a dispute that began inside a convenience store tragically escalated, spilling out into the parking lot and ending the life of 26-year-old Keyatta Howell. On that morning in March of 2016, what started as a verbal argument quickly turned fatal. As the disagreement moved outside, the situation intensified, culminating in gunfire.
