On December 17, 2016, 41-year-old Julia Mason and her 7-year-old son, Keagen Bruce, were tragically killed in a brutal attack at their home in Oklahoma City. Firefighters responded to a call about a house fire at 1137 NW 80th Street around 5 a.m. Upon extinguishing the flames, they discovered both Mason and her son inside the home. Mason was already deceased, while Keagen was rushed to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
