Mayuko Kawase, a 21-year-old student originally from Japan, went missing from Oklahoma City on August 20, 2001. She was attending Oklahoma City Community College at the time of her disappearance. For nearly six years, the case of her disappearance remained unsolved, leaving her family and authorities without answers.
