In September 2017, the family of 19-year-old Wilson Perez grew worried when he did not return home in Oklahoma City. Their search ended in Harlow Park, near Northwest 19th Street and Meridian Avenue, where they made a devastating discovery: Perez's body. An investigation revealed that the young man had been brutally beaten and strangled to death.
