On December 28, 1964, Beverly Jarosz, a 16-year-old high school student, was brutally murdered in her home in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Beverly was attacked during the early afternoon, shortly after her parents left for work. She had plans to go shopping with friends that day, but when her friend Barbara arrived at the house and received no response after knocking for several minutes, she eventually left.
