Nathaniel Mason, age 45, was shot inside his residence in Akron, Ohio, on January 13, 1972. He was subsequently transported to Akron General Medical Center for treatment. Despite receiving medical care, Nathaniel succumbed to his injuries on January 19, 1972. The incident occurred at 369 Douglas Street in Summit County, and it remains classified as an unsolved homicide. The Akron Police Department has been the lead investigating agency in this case.
