Was Jane Louise Allan a victim of the Oakland County Child Killer?
On August 11, 1976, Jane Louise Allan, a 13-year-old girl from Royal Oak, Michigan, was found dead in the Great Miami River in Miamisburg, Ohio. Jane's body was discovered about three-quarters of a mile south of the Linden Avenue bridge, with her hands tied behind her back and her ankles bound with a white cloth and string. A torn t-shirt was also tied around her neck. The autopsy concluded that her cause of death was carbon monoxide poisoning. This tragic case remains unsolved, and investigatio ...
