Jerry Norton, aged 26, was tragically killed on December 12, 1982, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident took place in front of 175 North 21st Street in Franklin County. Norton suffered a gunshot wound to his lower back and was rushed to St. Anthony's Hospital. Despite the emergency response, he was pronounced dead on arrival.
