Stephen Jarrell, a 33-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, was tragically killed on August 23, 1992. The incident occurred at 256 Detroit Avenue in Columbus, Franklin County. Jarrell suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the chest, and the case has remained unsolved for many years despite ongoing investigations by the Columbus Police Department and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI).
