On June 4, 1994, Garland Tackett, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot during an argument at 2240 Sullivant Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. The Columbus Police Department responded to the scene, where they found Tackett had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. He succumbed to his injuries shortly afterward. The identity of the individual responsible for the shooting remains unknown, and the case has since become a part of Ohio's unsolved homicide records.
