On October 27, 1995, Samuel Howard, a 25-year-old male, was found dead in his home in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at 110 N. 21st Street in Franklin County. Samuel Howard had suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was found in the kitchen of the residence. The Columbus Police Department responded to the scene, but despite an ongoing investigation, the case remains unsolved.
