Carl Cornett, a 38-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was tragically killed on April 26, 1996. The incident occurred at 713 Sullivant Avenue, where Cornett was found severely beaten, suffering from critical head injuries that ultimately led to his death. This violent and brutal act shocked the community, and despite the efforts of law enforcement, the case remains unsolved to this day.
