William J. Elton, aged 54, was found dead on May 26, 1997, in Akron, Ohio. He was discovered unresponsive in his bedroom at his residence on Wyley Avenue, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The homicide took place in the Summit County area of Akron, and the case remains unsolved. The Akron Police Department is responsible for the investigation but has not yet been able to identify a suspect.
