Edmund Jerome Bell Jr., a 24-year-old Black male from Akron, Ohio, tragically lost his life on July 6, 2020. He was riding an ATV near 1081 Rosemary Boulevard in East Akron when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 7 p.m., and Bell was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Summa Akron City Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 7:51 p.m.
