Brandon Walls, a 24-year-old man, was shot and killed on July 23, 1999, at an apartment on Walnut Street in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident took place at 1342 Walnut Street #6, where Walls' body was discovered. Despite the efforts of law enforcement and the involvement of the Cincinnati Police Department, no clear motive or suspects have been publicly identified, and the case remains unsolved.
