On March 13, 2003, Michael Owens, a 23-year-old man, was fatally shot in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident took place at 3501 Burnet Avenue in Hamilton County. When Cincinnati Police officers arrived at the scene, they found Owens with gunshot wounds. Tragically, he did not survive.
