Albert Austin, a 25-year-old resident of Cleveland, Ohio, was tragically killed on September 23, 2008. The incident occurred just outside his apartment, located at 18012 Lakeshore Boulevard in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County. Albert was shot in the arm, and despite immediate responses, the injuries ultimately proved fatal.
